We're a title insurance agency underwriting for Westcor Land Title Insurance Company. Unlike car or health insurance, title insurance is a one-time premium that protects you from problems that occurred in the past but surface in the future.

Lender's Policy
Your lender checks your credit and income, then goes a step further — making sure the property securing the loan is satisfactory. They do this with a loan policy of title insurance, paid for at the closing of your loan.
Owner's Policy
Defends against any lawsuit attacking your title, and clears up title problems or pays your losses. For a one-time premium it stays in effect as long as you or your heirs hold an interest in the property — the best title value you can get.

Innovative Title and Escrow Services is an independently owned, full-service title insurance and escrow company handling all 88 counties in Ohio. Founded in November 2006 by Amy Napoli, it opened with the mission of making real estate ownership convenient, affordable and hassle-free.
With over three decades in the industry combined, we understand the complexities of residential and commercial transactions. Whether it's a purchase or refinance, our goal is a smooth and pleasurable experience. We're not focused on size or volume — but on truly personalized service.

A Dublin, Ohio native, Amy began in finance in 1990 with a Columbus mortgage company, then moved to Cleveland in 1992 after earning a BA from Ashland University to help open a Parma mortgage branch. After ten years as a loan processor and originator, she learned the title business in 2000 helping start a Shaker Heights agency, became Operations Manager of a Strongsville agency in 2003, and earned her title agent license in 2006 — opening Innovative Title at the end of that year. She also handles notary signings.
